General Physics II 5 credits. Offered spring semester. Prerequisites: PHYS 221N, Co-requesite: integral calculus - Thermodynamics, Electricity, Magnetism, and Optics. Credit not allowed for both PHYS 121-122 and PHYS 221-222.

Announcement: EXAM #3 will be postponed until Tuesday April 13th. It will cover ch 28, 29, 30, and sections 1-4 of ch 31. HW for chapter 29 is question 8 and problem 28P. Note that in some editions of the book there is a typo in Question 8: particle #9 should have a speed of 3v, not 8v. Here is a link for HW for Ch 30 which is due on Friday April 9th. HW ch 30.
